Nabil is a practicing Veterinarian with 7years experience in the livestock space, from managing clinical cases, supporting Community Animal Health Workers in the Northeast, undertaking complex surgeries on livestock and pets, and providing standard health advisory services to clients. He is currently the Intervention Manager overseeing the TruLenn project (MERCYCORPS’ funded initiative), where he puts into action his expertise to revolutionizing rural livestock practices in the Northeast Nigeria. He also monitors the activities of Community Animal Health Workers’ and provides oversight on animal disease surveillance for the EU funded LIDISKI Project.
Prior to this time, Nabil worked as a consultant Veterinarian for high profile personalities, providing services to various clinics and farms across various states in Nigeria. He is highly interested in enhancing market systems for farmers (both small or large-scale) and focused on profitability. Evangeline Dan-Yusuf is a qualified Business and Organizational Psychologist and Program Manager with a strong focus on organizational competence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in General and Applied Psychology and a Master’s degree in Business and Organizational Psychology.
Evangeline is the change and performance management coordinator at IKORE. Ms. Dan-Yusuf has demonstrated her ability to develop, maintain, and track strategic and people management plans and schedules. She is competent in the areas of organizational structuring and restructuring, capacity strengthening, strategic planning and execution.
At Ikore, she works to develop employees’ capacities and manages organization-wide change to structuring and system adoption. She manages the Growth and Partnership arm and is also the Dean of its graduate school.
Ms. Dan-Yusuf is a proud Mandela Washington Fellow and continues to demonstrate her expertise in organizational capacity building and knowledge management through her work.
Jumbo Constance is the Human Resources and Business Development Executive at Ikore, she is an enabler who strives to make people and organizations better by seeking new ways to solve old problems. She has a keen interest in developing high-level teams and improving project outcomes through strategy development, accelerated growth, and timely project delivery.
At Ikore she is responsible for attracting, hiring and onboarding staff, performance management, and training and development. Her work for Ikore involves developing and implementing strategies across several projects, her extensive and invaluable research on market trends and competitors are developed into strategy documents that facilitate the investment of funds in our projects.
Before joining Ikore, Constance worked with various private and public sector organizations focused on consulting and environmental sustainability practices in the oil and gas sector. She is an accomplished learner with courses on building high performing teams, talent management, risk management in projects, and technical writing and she is soon to be Chartered in Personnel Management. Constance holds a first degree in Geology from the University of Port Harcourt and currently completing her MSc in Environmental Management and Control with a reputable University.
Chioma is a software developer with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies in providing solutions in the Mechanization, Agriculture, Food, Entertainment, Construction, and Investment sectors. She is actively serving in the IT department as a software developer and handles multiple responsibilities which spans across Product management, Database management, Website Management and also discussions pertaining the software development unit with external parties.
Prior to joining Ikore, Chioma worked as an IT assistant with Water and Dam Service Company and a Back-end developer at Tractrac MSL. She is passionate about bridging the gap between technology and other industries using scalable, reusable and user-friendly software applications to ascertain that maximum productivity is achieved. At Ikore, she is focused on developing standard applications that ease the processes involved in field work, mechanization, social impact, and capacity building of the organization.
She holds a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and underwent training in Database Management at HIIT and Software development at TIIDELAB Fellowship.
Mercy is a Ul/Graphics designer with over 5 years of experience in providing solutions to design problems in the Agricultural Mechanization, Health, and print industries. She currently serves as the UI/UX and Graphic Designer at Ikore international Limited where she is responsible for the standard of design and output across all media output and websites, Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups, Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, Gathering and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, Rebranding of the company’s visual identity, and design of brand guide, icons, banners, and flyers.
Prior to Ikore International Limited, Mercy worked as a Graphic Designer at Ehealth4everyone, SI Magazine and Marfex Print. Where she solved different design problems. Mercy had her first degree from the University of Benin Where she specialized in Graphics design and communication
Duke is an astute professional with experience garnered in varied fields of ICT applied in ecommerce development, transport and logistics, education, entertainment, and hospitality for more than a decade. He is a software engineer with an appreciable knowledge and experience in technical support and software life cycle development acquired through consistent use cutting edge technologies, maximized training, conferences and workshop. He has a tinge of managerial experience and capacity development.
A tech enthusiast, passionate with immense ability to multitask between technical roles whilst working as team, self-motivated, strategic thinker with an excellent ability to communicate at all levels. Duke brings to Ikore his experience as farmer and applying technology to scale up production and improve the welfare of farmers collectively. He manages the Ikore conglomerate website and also implements LIDISKI projects

At Romflex Networks he was a system analyst/Software Developer, pioneer Head, Software Development at Ontrac Technology, Business/System Analyst at Royal Mail UK , Java/Database Developer at AUDACIA SOFTWARE SYSTEMS UK and faculty head of software engineering in NIIT Abuja where he lectured as a side hustle.
He has an MSc in software engineering from the University of Bradford, PRINCE2 trained and an Oracle certified professional. He has also been a contributing author to the British Computer Society and Oracle.

Jesutomi is a communications enthusiast managing the internal and external communications in Ikore. She is passionate about building and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners and stakeholders on our projects. She coordinates the planning and execution of communication strategies to enhance Ikore’s visibility.
Jesutomi has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in French Language with a specialization in sociolinguistics. She started out her career as a language pedagogue with specialization in French Language. She has a wide range of foreign expatriates in her network and brings this strength into her work in Ikore.
Sanyine is an enthusiastic and extremely driven member of our communications team. A born collaborator, she works well with field officials to collate data and images for project awareness and publicity.
She has done several courses in Customer service for 21st century travel professional, Digital Marketing for Travel and Tourism Professional with TBS Aviation and Tourism Academy an also a course with Amadeus on PNR and FARE, Online course on Strategy of content marketing

She has a deep understanding about the industry’s challenges, which ranges from climate change to environmental pollution and aims to promote sustainability through her work in the development sector.
Ugbebor Samson is a business advisor with Ikore international development limited, where he is assisting in the implementation and management of the triple I project. He is a great communicator, that has worked with different organisations across the health and agricultural sector. Samson is enthusiastic about financial growth in business start-ups and has fed this passion through years of experience working with Technoserve as a business advisor in the entrepreneurship space where he made outstanding contributions to the success of over 5000 businesses with the Pan African Youth Entrepreneurship Development Program (PAYED) across 4 states in Nigeria.
Samson also worked with the SHOPS; a USAID funded project in partnership with Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN) on the management of common childhood illnesses where he co-facilitated training sessions, collection of data using basic tools for data collection for analysis.
Samson has a BSc. In microbiology from Madonna university and he is passion about financial growth in any sphere he finds himself.
Alero is a development and research specialist with years of experience in project implementation for various development, social, sustainability and humanitarian efforts. With an extensive background She currently works with Ikore as the lead on the agricultural mechanization project, Tractrac, which is targeted at improving food security in Nigeria.
A self-proclaimed infovore, Alero has had an interesting and diverse professional trajectory. She has a background in media communications, corporate social responsibility interventions, policy advocacy and sustainability projects. She has consolidated this wide range of skills to manage projects with varying social impacts like education, ICT, food security, and community outreach. She has also provided in-depth research support to IPSOS Nigeria for clients like Ferrero and Nudge.
Prior to joining Ikore, Alero worked with A’Lime Media Limited and was a project lead for several development organizations and CSR interventions. She implemented interventions for IHS Nigeria as well as policy and advocacy events for the Telecommunications and Technology Sustainability Working Group (TTSWG). She led the implementation of the Access Bank Community Grant Scheme which was facilitated by the ACT Foundation. She also worked on other projects for the HRM Abisogun II Foundation (HAIIF) for the Oniru of Iru Land, the Renaissance Development Forum (RDF), Lagos State Technical and Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB) and MTN Foundation.
